Drink Less, Feel Better!

The Alcohol Health Advice service offers free, friendly and confidential advice to anyone over the age of 26 who is thinking about cutting down their drinking.  For details on recommended drinking levels, visit  www.nhs.uk/LiveWell/Alcohol

Face-to-face advice and support sessions
For people who are not alcohol-dependent, but are thinking about cutting down their drinking, we offer simple self-help strategies and advice. This may be anything from 1-6 brief support sessions, including information about tried and tested ways to cut down how much you drink and live a happier, healthier lifestyle.

In the Community
The Alcohol Health Advice service can offer appointments at a number of different times and places to suit you including Stockport Town Centre and community buildings and GP surgeries in some local areas.
